Thank you for visiting and shopping with us here at Beachcleaned. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Our aim is to process all orders within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48™ standard service which aims to deliver in 2 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, for example over Christmas, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. You will receive tracking as standard, however, if you require additional services please contact us upon purchasing to discuss shipment upgrade options.
Express shipping
We do not offer Express Shipping.
International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time

All orders are shipped via DPD Direct Airmail or Royal Mail Standard Airmail service which aim to deliver within 5-10 working days to European countries & 14 working days worldwide.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, for example over Christmas, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing of your order, we will contact you via email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Beachcleaned are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Beachcleaned are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however naturally we will endeavour to help resolve any issues.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Delays
Please be aware that due to various courier procedures there may be slight delays in processing and or shipping times. We appreciate your patience & understanding with issues out of our control.
