I ordered two Pocket Hugs, and when the confirmation email arrived, I realised I'd accidentally ordered the fridge magnets instead! I emailed to explain my senior moment, and Kerry kindly replied to say she'd make a note and send the Pocket Hugs instead.

The Pocket Hugs arrived safely, and I'm really looking forward to giving them to my friends. Kerry even included a lovely keyring because there had been a slight delay in posting my order while she was busy with festivals and summer events. There was absolutely no need, but it was such a thoughtful and generous gesture.
